Una Winona Watkins

Una Winona Watkins, 80 of Gainesville passed away Saturday August 9, 2025, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center-Gainesville.

Born in Hall County, July 25, 1945, Mrs. Watkins was the daughter of the late Henry and Euzelia Hartley Walden. She was retired from Avery-Dennison and was a member of Rejoice Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Paul Wayne Watkins, Jr. (Mechelle), Philip Watkins, Perry Watkins, (Rebecca), all of Gainesville, grandchildren, Ryan Watkins, Gainesville, Courtney Shedd, Gainesville, Jessica Watkins, Flowery Branch, Levi Watkins, Flowery Branch, Jake Watkins, Lula, Bobby Fuller, Gainesville, great grandchildren, Skyler Shedd, Jax Shedd, Aubrey Watkins, Jeremiah Watkins, Elijah Watkins, sisters, Mildred Brock, Louise Eubanks (Milton), Wanda Lee (Jack). A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Mrs. Watkins is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Paul Wayne Watkins and 2 brothers.

Funeral services will be held Thursday August 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. Tracy Davidson will officiate. Interment will follow in the Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery in Carl. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
