Elizabeth Louise Skipper Dominici

Mrs. Elizabeth Louise Skipper Dominici, age 83 of Toccoa passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.

A daughter of the late Floyd Lee Skipper and Loise Louise Taylor Skipper, she was born July 21, 1942 in Stonewall, Mississippi, having lived in Pensacola, Florida and Hollywood, Georgia before moving to Toccoa in 1989.  She acquired her Certified Nursing Assistant License from North Georgia Tech, was an ordained minister of the Pentecostal faith, a counselor and was co-owner of Clean 4 You Janitorial Services with Barbara Cheek, serving Stephens, Habersham and Franklin counties.  She loved gardening, sewing, fishing and antique shopping.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Janie Pearl Beard and by two brothers, Floyd Harvey Skipper, Jr. and Johnny Franklin Skipper.

Survivors include daughters, Rebecca Brewer of Sky Valley, California, Maria Haynes, Leah Haynes, Angel Haynes and Tonika Glenn all of Toccoa; son, James M. Haynes of Toccoa; grandchildren, Jimmy Lee Roberts (Philishia), Aaron Roberts, Jacob Mehle (Heather), Amber Haynes, Mercedes Haynes, Eric Zordorian, Emma Parker, Kayla Major, Greg Haynes (Kayla), Nevada Haynes, Summer Haynes, M.J. Jones, E.J. Jones, Zoie Norris, Cody Haynes and Calvin Emmons; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will have a private visitation and service.
