Mrs. Teresa Meshell Lewis, age 61 of Commerce passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025 at her residence. Mrs. Lewis was born in Gainesville to the late, James Jackson and Emogene Chamblee Harrington. Mrs. Lewis was retired owner of Lanier Pallet. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lewis was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Stanley Lewis.
Mrs. Lewis is survived by her sons, Nick Cox and Christopher Lewis both of Commerce; two grandchildren; brothers, James and Mike Harrington; and sisters, Deborah Wilburn and Samantha Adams.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 22nd at 2 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the interment following at Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 12-2 PM.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
