Kenneth Orr

Kenneth Orr, age 70, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025.

He was preceded in death by parents, William Orr and Velma Orr. Mr. Orr is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Linda J. Orr of Flowery Branch; children, Candace Orr of Maryland, Randi Orr of Gainesville, GA, Alexa Orr of Cumming, GA, Cally Orr of Utah; eight grandchildren, Andrew, Austin, Anthony, Harper, Elijah, Hayden, Brighton, Alora; brother, Keith (Dorothy) Orr of Virginia; sisters, Beverly Orr of Michigan, and Bonita (Bill) Hemmer of Demorest, GA; mother-in-law, Tina Blaylock of Buford, GA; sister-in-law, Brenda Veld of California; brothers-in-law, Daniel (Chris) Cosio of Nevada, and Eric Blaylock of Texas; close family friend, Alyssa Jannakos of Flowery Branch; and aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Orr was born on June 6, 1955 in Flowery Branch, GA. He graduated from Johnson High School and then from the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelor’s Degree. He was retired from Tyson Foods in sales and marketing. Mr. Orr was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed gardening, loved country music and UGA football. Over the years, he had coached the children’s sports.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Chaplain Dennis Duck officiating.
