Sandy Jean Fralick

Mrs. Sandy Jean Fralick, age 63, of Flowery Branch passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

A Private Celebration of Life will be at a later date.

Mrs. Fralick was born December 27, 1961 to Sandra Pirkle Scarborough and the late James Patrick Teague in Columbia, South Carolina.  She retired from Longstreet Clinic after 25 years as a C.T. Technician and was of the Methodist faith.

Mrs. Fralick is survived by her sons, Zack Fralick and Colby (Kristen) Fralick; grandchildren, Hartley and Saylor; mother, Sandra Pirkle Scarborough; sister, Stacey (Edward) Greene; and several nieces & nephews.  Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Edward Fralick and sister, Sharon Teague Simpkins.
