Inez Bennett Cain

Inez Bennett Cain, age 101, passed away peacefully at her residence, surrounded by family, on June 26, 2025. She was born to the late Berry Bennett and Viola Waldrip Bennett, on August 25, 1923, in Forsyth, Georgia. It was her dream to live to be 100 years old, and she was very pleased to have accomplished it.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, June 29, 2025, at 3:30 PM, in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors also on Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 3:30 PM, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Troy Millford, Rev. Tim Long, and Rev. Robbie Matthews will officiate the funeral service, interment will follow the funeral service, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, W. M. Cain; and her grandson, William Russell Cain.

She is survived by her two sons, William “Bill” Lendon Cain (Barbara), and Paul Cain, both of Gainesville, Georgia.
