Mrs. Doris McEntyre Stroud, age 91 of Mount Airy, Georgia passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
A daughter of the late Floyd McEntyre, Sr. and Estelle Todd McEntyre, she was born on December 25, 1935 in Habersham County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was a member of Mt. Bethel Community Church. Doris was a devoted homemaker, an excellent cook, and a wonderful family member!
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Stroud, her loving son, Eddie Keith Stroud, sisters, Retha Dodd and Ollie Bell Garrett and brothers, Robert Milby McEntyre and Floyd W. McEntyre, Jr.
Survivors include her grandson, Patrick Keith Stroud (Ashley) of Duluth, Georgia; daughter-in-law, Jodi Stroud of Watkinsville, Georgia; sister, Patricia Walters of Mt. Airy, Georgia; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

In accordance with her wishes, no funeral services will be held.
