Rosa Elena Osorio

Rosa Elena Osorio, age 88, of Buford, GA passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025. She was preceded in death by husband, Leoncio Osorio Valverde; parents, Fabicioano and Blanca Chagray Mejia; and five sisters; and two brothers. Mrs. Osorio is survived by children, Blanca Elena Olivia Chagray, Cesar Leoncio Osorio Chagray, Luis Felipe Osorio Chagray; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother.  Mrs. Osorio was born on August 28, 1936 in Peru. She was a retired seamstress. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, June 14 from 9:00 a.m. until time for the service at 11:00 a.m.
