Billy Wayne Dover

Mr. Billy Wayne Dover, age 60, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 8, 2025, in Gainesville, Georgia. Son to the late James Daniel Dover and Lorene “Rener” Savage Dover, Billy was born Saturday, April 10, 1965, in Gainesville, Georgia.

Funeral arrangements have been scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 3:00 PM in the Chapel at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Visitation will be the same day, Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, also at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Drewery Loggins will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Deborah Boreiter Dover; and sisters, Thelma Elliot and Martha Elliot.

He is survived by his brothers, Robert Elliot of Gainesville, Ga., Howard Elliot of Dallas, Ga.; sisters, Irene Evans of Oakwood, Ga., Judy McDaniel of Winder, Ga., and Shirley Clark of Cleveland, Ga.
