Mary Linda Shelnut, a cherished servant of the Lord, entered into her eternal home on June 5, 2025, at the age of 83. For 30 years, she faithfully served as a paraprofessional in the White County School System, where she not only educated young minds but also shared the love of Christ with every student and colleague she encountered.

She exemplified what it meant to be a follower of Christ, living out her faith through acts of kindness, compassion, and prayer for those around her. Her life was a testament to the love of God, and she inspired many to deepen their own relationship with Him.
