Ellen Marie Wilson Housley, age 85, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Norman E. Housley. Mrs. Housley is survived by children, Dana Sheridan of Tucker, GA, Christopher and Celita Fritch Housley of Buford, Michael Ellery Housley; grandchildren, Britany Housley, Christopher Housley, Jr and wife Fritzi, Mathew Housley and Julia Hodge, Helena Housley, Logan Fritch, grand baby #7 boy is coming in September; great grandchildren, Cayden Beck (Housley), Harper Housley, Elie Housley, Carter and Chloe Krenske, Reid Housley, Jeffrey Sheridan, Rebecca Sheridan; brother, Edgar (Jane) Wilson of Delaware; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Housley was born on August 21, 1939 in Wilmington, Delaware. She graduated in 1957 from North Carline High School in Denton, Maryland and later from Earl Paulk College with a Bachelor’s Degree. She was a homemaker, and a member of Free Chapel in Gainesville, GA. A private family Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. at the home of Christopher Housley.
