Ricky Charles Sayne

Mr. Ricky Charles Sayne , age 69, of Gillsville passed away on Wednesday June 4, 2025 at his residence .

Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Darryl Womack will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday June 5 and Friday June 6 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Mr. Sayne was born January 8, 1956 in Gainesville, the son of the late C. F. and Dorothy Rider Sayne In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Painter.

Mr. Sayne retired from the Georgia Dept of Transportation where he was a foreman. He had also worked for Simpson Trucking.

Mr. Sayne is survived by his wife, Cathy Grizzle Sayne of Gillsville, son & daughter-in-law, Chris & Myranda Sayne of Jefferson, daughter & son-in-law, Kim & Brody Bray of Jefferson, son & daughter-in-law, Dusty & Missy Sayne of Maysville, sister, Pat Dubnik of Gainesville, brother & sister-in-law, Ronnie & Michelle Sayne of Alto, grandchildren, Reagan & Connor Kyle, Riley Sayne, Logan Sayne, Deacon Sayne, Elana Sayne, Brockton Bray, West Bray, Chaz McDonald, Draike McDonald one great grandchild, Navey Sayne and one nephew, Cameron Sayne.
