Herman Jerry Adams, 76, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2025. Born on October 11, 1948, he was the beloved son of the late Ben Adams and Sallie Faye O'Kelly
Adams.
A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother, Herman is survived by his loving wife, Wanda Graham Adams; his son, Bradley Adams and wife Brooke Bishop; and his son, Johnny Haynes. He was a proud grandfather to Samuel Adams, Kyla Jenkins, Alyssa Jenkins, Jonathan Nance, Corban Freeman, and Eva Bishop.
Herman is also survived by his sisters: Jeanise Moody and husband Clarence Moody, Lois Marlow, and Elizabeth Stover. His family will remember him for his unwavering love, gentle
spirit, and the strength he brought to every season of life.
Visitation will be held at Memorial Park North on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Wauka Mountain Baptist Church.
Herman's memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
