Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson, Georgia announces the death of Miss Anna Grace Phelan, age 19, of Jefferson, Georgia, who passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025. Miss Phelan was born on October 12, 2005 in Orlando, Florida, the daughter of William Harper Phelan III and Nadine Elizabeth Turner Phelan of Jefferson. Miss Phelan graduated from Jefferson High School in 2024 and worked as a receptionist at Georgia Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Dermatology. Anna was a member of the Galilee Christian Church, where she enjoyed Church Camp, Northeast Georgia Camp and other activities within the youth group and at Church.
Survivors include her parents, William “Buddy” and Nadine Phelan of Jefferson, GA; brother, Harper David Phelan of Jefferson, GA; maternal grandparents, David Duane Turner and Robin Lee Catalino Turner of Maysville, GA; paternal grandparents, William Harper Phelan Jr. and Stephanie Lynn Yancey Phelan of Ocala, FL; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins, who love her very much, also survive.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 4:00PM in the Galilee Christian Church with Minister Nick Vipperman officiating. The burial will follow in the Galilee Christian Church Cemetery with Buddy Phelan, Harper Phelan, Justin Yancey, Hudson Hodge, Ethan Womack and Garrett Womack honored as pallbearers.
The visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM in the Galilee Christian Church, prior to the service.
