Linda Rector

Linda Rector, age 80, of Suwanee, GA passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. She was preceded in death by husband of forty-five years, V. T. Rector III; parents, Ross E. David and Madeline Bailey Davis. Mrs. Rector is survived by children, Kimberly and Marc Allard of Suwanee, Richard and Emily Rector of Hoover, AL, Kelly and Jay Young of Norfolk, VA; grandchildren, Marianne Allard, Thomas Allard, Christopher Allard, Ava Kate Rector, Ross Rector, Cameron Young, and Jana Young. Mrs. Rector was born on January 14, 1945 in Fronton, Ohio. She was a 1962 graduate of Patrick Henry High School and a 1966 graduate of Radford College in Radford, VA where she received her Bachelor’s Degree. Mrs. Rector was a retired school teacher from Washington County Virginia School System with over 35 years of service. She was a member of Level Creek United Methodist Church in Suwanee, GA. Linda enjoyed writing cards and letters and taking pictures. She enjoyed following her grandchildren around and spending time with them. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
