Billy Eller Eastanollee, Georgia
Mr. Billy Boyd Eller, age 80 of Camp Road, Eastanollee passed away Thursday, May 15, 2025 at his residence.
A son of the late Boyd and Ree Rogers Eller, he was born October 16, 1944 in Rabun County, Georgia having lived in Batesville, Georgia before moving to Stephens County in 1975. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, was retired from Milliken with a number of years of service and was of the Baptist faith. He was lead singer in his band called The Reflections. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Midkiff Eller, son, Neal Eller, two sisters, Jeanette Eller Burch and Lennie Eller Hammond and his son-in-law, Robert “Bobby” Ivester.
Survivors include his daughter, Lisa Ivester of Eastanollee; grandchildren, Tiffany Franco, Corey Parshall and Brandon Parshall; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Junior Eller of Cornelia; sister, Judy Eller of Cornelia; a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Sunday, May 18, 2025, 3 p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Daniel Gillstrap officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Brandon Parshall, John Franco, Ben Franco, Jake Franco, Steve Pittman and David Pittman.
The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the service time. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.
Interment will follow in the Toccoa City Cemetery with Military Honors by the U.S. Army Honor Guard.
