Jerry Lee Ledford

Mr. Jerry Lee Ledford, age 80, of Alto, GA died Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center-Gainesville. Mr. Ledford was born in Jefferson to the late John Otis and Claudine Rogers Ledford. He was a member of the Baptist faith and retired from Warren Featherbone. In addition to his parents, Mr. Ledford was preceded in death by his first wife, Taffy Griffith Ledford; and brother, Mike Ledford.

Mr. Ledford is survived by his second wife, Nancy Elizabeth Echols Ledford of Alto; daughters, Tracy Vitug (Marty), Tonya Chatham and Tammy Hill (David) all of Commerce; step-children, Julie Barrett of Cleveland and Chad Mote of Athens; sister, Judy Jackson of Commerce; sister-in-law, Elaine Ledford of Jefferson; four grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and a number nieces of nephews.

Funeral services will be at 4 PM, Wednesday, May 14 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Green and Rev. Lamar Kastner officiating. Interment will follow at Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 2 to 4 PM.
