Mrs. Maerell Margaret Garrett, age 89, passed away Friday, May 2, 2025 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center

A Graveside service will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Concord Baptist Church in Forsyth County.

Mrs. Garrett was born in Forsyth County, Ga, to her Parents, Hubert Smith and Pearly Mae Bryant Smith.

Mrs. Garrett is preceded in death by her Parents Hubert Smith and Pearly Mae Bryant Smith. Also by her Husband Glenn Garrett. Sisters Frances Sosebee and Sandra Young. As well as her Brothers Elmer, Calvin, Shorty and Edwin Smith.

She is survived by her Daughter and Son-in-law Margaret and David Sheppard of Monticello Ga. Son Tim Jordan of Gainesville Ga. Stepdaughter Gina Hale. She is also survived by several Grandchildren and Several Nieces and Nephews.
