It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Courtney Amber Schofield, a cherished daughter, devoted mother, loving wife, and beloved sister, who left us far too soon on April 29, 2025.
Born on February 9, 1990, Courtney brought light and warmth into the lives of everyone she met. Her selfless heart, fierce spirit, and infectious laughter made her a constant source of comfort and joy to those around her. She had an extraordinary way of making people feel seen, heard, and loved.
Courtney was a devoted wife to her loving husband, John, and the proud, nurturing mother of two wonderful boys, Maverick and Wilder. Her family was her heart, and she poured her soul into creating a home full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
She was also a cherished daughter to Cliff and Karon Callahan, and a treasured sister to older brother Mac Callahan and sister Kenna Callahan. Her bonds with her family were deep, and her loss leaves a void that can never truly be filled.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, in honor of her legacy of love and kindness.
No services will be held at this time.
