Karolinna Maurer Murphy, age 78, of Buford, GA passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. She was preceded in death by husband of nine years, Ronald Murphy; and son, Frederick Tobin, Jr. Mrs. Murphy is survived by daughter, Laura (James) Ambrose of Buford; daughter-in-law, Sara Tobin, of Edison, NJ; grandchildren, Nicholas Ambrose, Jamie and Phoenix Ambrose, Fred Tobin III, Timothy Tobin; sisters, Susan Maurer of Jackson, NJ and Loretta King of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Valentine Maurer III of Jacksonville, FL; and nieces. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Vine Church at 6553 Spout Springs Road, Flowery Branch on Saturday May 3rd at 5:00PM. Every come dressed in your favorite sports team to celebrate Linna. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project in memory of Karolina Maurer Murphy.
