Carolyn Meeks Pealock

Carolyn Meeks Pealock, age 81, of Auburn, GA, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Royce Pealock; mother, Viola Little Meeks; father, B. J. Meeks.

Mrs. Pealock is survived by her daughters, Mary Shepard of Winder, GA, Janet Pearsall of Altamont, TN, Brooke Nix of Auburn, GA; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Jackie Reynolds of Macon, GA, Dale Martin of Monroe, GA, Kathy Watson of Monroe, GA, Shirleen Freeman of Auburn, GA; brothers, James (Linda) Meeks of Dacula, GA, David (Betty) Meeks of Winder, GA, Wayne Meeks of Winder, GA, Wendell Meeks of Myrtle Beach, SC, Preston (Angela) Meeks of Pendergrass, GA

Mrs. Pealock was born March 15, 1944 in Chamblee, GA. She received her education from North Gwinnett High School. Mrs. Pealock was of the Baptist faith. Before retiring, Mrs. Pealock was a School Bus Supervisor for the Gwinnett County System for 42 years.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA, with Rev. Glen Hanson officiating. Entombment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park Mausoleum, Lawrenceville, Ga. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
