Iris Lee Reynolds

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Iris Lee Reynolds of Atlanta, GA, who passed away on April 21st, 2025, at the age of 85. She was born on August 25, 1939, in Atlanta GA to Edna and Walter Reynolds, the second of their four children. 

Iris was a deeply devoted and loving mother; loyal and loving sister and friend. She was known for her kindness, great sense of humor and a little tiny bit of stubbornness. She enjoyed playing cards and billiards, reading and crosswords. In her early years, she loved sketching and drawing. 

Iris is survived by daughter Christina Loucks, granddaughters Tyanna and Tanya Wilson, grandsons Ryan and Dylan Loucks, great grandchildren Axel, Storm, Beatrice, Maeve, Sister Elizabeth Pingetzer, and niece Shannon. She was preceded in death by her brother Allen Reynolds, sister Crystal Pate, and nephew Bret Groshong. 

Her Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.? 

In lieu of flowers, plants would have been her preference, or donations may be made to The ASPCA or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Iris Reynolds's memory.
