Gilda Moss Couch

Gilda Moss Couch, age 68, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2025.  She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-three years, Royce Couch; father, Charles Moss; mother, Geneva Butler Fleeman; sister, Gail Moss Robertson; niece, Melissa Smith; nephew, Wayne Couch; sister-in-law, Jenny Crane Couch.  Mrs. Couch is survived by her daughters, Jody (Van) Parker of Hoschton, GA, Alicia (Jamie) Payne of Buford; five grandchildren, Caleb Parker, Noah Parker, Hannah Parker, Aidan Payne, Adrian Payne; brother, Gary (Terri) Moss of Hoschton; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Joy and Marty Davis of Braselton, GA; brother-in-law, Ronnie Couch of Young Harris, GA; several nieces and nephews.  She was born on November 20, 1956 in Atlanta, GA. She was a 1973 graduate of Jackson County High School and a graduate of Lanier Tech where she received her nursing degree.  Mrs. Couch was a LPN nurse for Dr. George Page at Buford Medical Clinic for over twenty years.  She was a member of the Buford Church of God.  Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Joey Grizzle officiating.  Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. time of the Service.
