Charles Burns Elrod

It is with great sadness that the Elrod family announce the loss of our brother Charles Burns Elrod, “Doc”, on Tuesday, March 18 after an extended illness. Born to the late Ezra and Inez Elrod on July 20,1943, Doc was a life-long resident of Hall County and worked for Western Electric /AT&T until his retirement. He is survived by his daughter, Ginger Elrod and his grandson, Justin Patterson, brothers, James Elrod and Don Elrod, and sisters Liz Elrod Young, Wilella Samples, and Janice Jones. Doc is preceded in death by his wife Brenda Elrod, his step-daughter Anita Middleton, and brothers Cliff Martin and Earl Martin and J. D. Elrod. Our memories of Doc will always be cherished.
