James Roberts

James Roberts, age 88 of Buford, GA passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025. A graveside service will be held Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Eli Kemp will officiate. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. James is preceded by his wife, Marie Roberts; son, Craig Roberts; and sister, Audry Edwards. He is survived by his daughter, Robin Head, Auburn, GA; grandchildren, Alex Head and wife Amanda, Cumming, GA, Dwayne Roberts and wife Ashley, Dawsonville, GA, and Alyse Kemp and husband Eli, Auburn, GA; great grandchildren, Sky, Mason, Weston, Piper, Lyla, and Lily. James was a lifelong resident of the Atlanta area. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force, retired from Gaylord Trucking, and was member of the Franklin County Cattlemen’s Association.
