Jannie Rholetter Carter

Jannie Rholetter Carter age 74 of Westminster, South Carolina passed away Friday March 14, 2025 at her residence.

A daughter of the late Hoyt and Lorene Burton Rholetter, she was born April 21, 1950 in Oconee County, South Carolina where she lived all of her life. She was employed with Jantzen Company for a number of years and later with his husband Roy with Carter Logging Company. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was member of Old Country Church.

Survivors include her husband Roy Carter of the home, daughter and son-in-law Jana and Jeremy Brewer of Long Creek, South Carolina, two sons and daughters-in-law Allen and Lisa Carter of Westminster and Jake and Cristi Carter of Westminster, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, two brothers and sisters-in-law Jimmy and Gail Rholetter, Phil and Cindy Rholetter both of Westminster, two sisters Brenda Myers and Kathy Crenshaw both of Westminster.

Funeral services will be held Monday March 17, 2025 at 2 P.M. at the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Delbert McCall officiating. The family will be at the home and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Monday from noon until service time.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers Levi Brewer, Tucker Carter, Cole Carter, Connor Carter, Kyle Carter and Austin Phillips

Interment will follow in Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery.
