Virginia Carol Holland Henderson

Ms. Virginia Carol Holland Henderson, age 66 of Buford, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Memorial Park South Chapel with entombment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Junior Peppers will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday, March 10, 2025 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Ms. Henderson was born March 22, 1958 to the late Arnold Marlow & Emma Lou Patterson Holland in Buford, Georgia. She was Pre-K teacher with Friendship Learning Center and attended New Bethany Baptist Church. She was best known for her sweet soul, big hairbows, and dangly earrings. Her greatest joy of all was spending time with her family and the children and staff at FLC.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Olivia Parker. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Derek) Steptoe, Katie (John) Bierman, & Reba Parker (Fiancé, Andy Delong); grandchildren, Breanna Steptoe, Sabrina Steptoe, Kaylie Bierman, Caden Bierman, & Sydney Smith; brothers, Jeff Holland & Eddy Holland; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

The family asks that you wear her favorite color, green, if you can for both the viewing and the service.
