Mrs. Mary Jane David Hilley, age 78 of Commerce, GA died Monday, March 3, 2025 at Brookside Assisted Living in Commerce. She was born in Commerce to the late Kinchen and Gladys Burroughs David. Mrs. Hilley was a retired teacher and media specialist. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Ridgeway Hilley.
Mrs. Hilley is survived by her son, Tracy Hilley (Paige) of Athens, brother; Robert David of Nicholson, grandchildren; Jackson and Sabrina Hilley of Athens.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 10th at 2:00 PM at Danielsville Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mike Stowers officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 12 to 1:30.
