Richard Henry

Richard Henry, age 70, of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025.

Mr. Henry was born on December 5, 1954, in Fallbrook, California, to the late Charles E. and Mildred Hughes Henry.  He graduated from Johnson High School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Henry was a former truck driver for Westbook Trucking and a proud member of the NRA.  In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Ann Henry and grandson, Dalon McVey.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Brian Adams, Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, Clay and Danielle McVey, Waxahachie, TX; son, Jacob Henry, Cleveland; grandchildren, Ryan McVey, Katelyn Adams, Avery Adams, and Cheyenne McVey; sister, Patricia (Ragan) Martin of Gainesville; and brother, Ron (Deanne) Henry of Young Harris, GA.

Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.  The Rev. Doug Merck will officiate. A livestream of the service may be viewed here https://youtube.com/live/LwJ6WnqHOpI?feature=share
