Edsel "Ed" Emery

Edsel “Ed” Emery, age 43, III of Buford, GA passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maureen L. Burden Emery. Mr. Emery is survived by his wife of twenty-one years, Adrienne Smith Emery; children, Ethan Emery and Claire Emery, both of Buford; father, Edsel E. Emery, II of Buford; sisters, Shelley (Jay) Prato of Villa Rica, GA, Laura Rimmel of Alpharetta, GA, Nilsa (Ricky Lee) Hagen of Flowery Branch, GA, Rachel Emery of Buford; brother, Greg Emery of Jacksonville, FL; mother-in-law, Marcelle (Wesley) Smith of Dacula, GA; and nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Emery was born on March, 25, 1981 in Duluth, GA, and received his education from Buford High School. He was owner of Dove Remolding Company in Buford. He loved boating on Lake Lanier, cooking and grilling, but he really loved spending time with his family. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, March 8 from 1:00 p.m. until time for the service at 2:00 p.m.
