Deborah Holland Elrod

Deborah Holland Elrod, age 65, of Cleveland, GA passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband of thirty-six years, John E. Elrod. Mrs. Elrod is survived by sons, Steve (Jessica) Eury of Oakwood, GA, and John Elrod of Cleveland, GA; grandchildren, Steven Eury, Sara Camp, Nathan Eury, Graclyn Brooks; great grandchild, Bentley Camp; sister, Patricia Holland Scarborough; and several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law of the Mutt Elrod family. Mrs. Elrod was born on December 28, 1959 in Gainesville, GA and was a 1976 graduate of Johnson High School. She had worked for Eagles Nest Pottery as well as Glenda Restaurant in Cleveland, GA. Mrs. Elrod was of the Baptist faith.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis West and Rev. Jacob Hulsey officiating and Mr. Steve Eury delivering the Eulogy. Interment will follow at Old Friendship Cemetery in Buford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, March 1 from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Sunday from 12:00 noon until time for the service at 2:00 p.m.
