Tyraus “Ty” Putman

Tyraus “Ty” Putman, age 52, of Dacula, GA, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025. He was preceded in death by his brother, Torin Shay Putman. Mr. Putman is survived by his wife of 27 years, Shannon Whisenant Putman of Dacula, GA; children, Savannah Nichole Mullinax of Ball Ground, GA, Joshua Edward Pollock of Pittsburg, PA, James Lee Putman of Orlando, FL, Taylor Wolfgang Putman of Dacula, GA, Cory Tempest Putman of Dacula, GA; grandchildren, Dalila Greenway, Asher Womack, Eli Mullinax; parents, Leonard and Pam Putman of Winder, GA; sister, LeAnn (Shane) Hollis of Nashville, TN; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Putman was born April 18, 1972 in Decatur, GA. He was a 1990 graduate of Parkview High School in Lilburn, GA. Mr. Putman received his extended education from Gwinnett Technical College. He was a computer Engineer. He enjoyed manufacturing knives. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He loved music, especially Country music, camping, and hiking.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 1:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA.
