James Junior Graybeal

James Junior Graybeal of Braselton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at his residence, surrounded by his family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025 in the Braselton Room of Braselton Funeral Home, with the family receiving friends at a catered reception immediately following the service from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Born on July 28, 1945 in Morganton, North Carolina to James Kester Graybeal and Rosalee Battle, he was retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation, where he served 25 years as a Civil Engineer.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Graybeal is survived by his by his wife 55 of years, Patricia Hooten Graybeal; his daughters, Jennifer Keely Robins, (Bart), Julia Austin Vaughn, ( Ryan); Grandchildren, Madeline Vaughn, Abigail Robins, Elijah Vaughn, Scarlett Vaughn, Caleb Robins, Piper Vaughn, Ruby Vaughn; Sisters, Irish Hatchel, (Ron), Nancy Vecchio, (Robert); Nieces and Nephews, Janina Linens, (Rich), Marc Hatchel, (Cindy), Robby Vecchio, Charles Travis, (Mychelle) and Brian Travis, (Angie).
