Teresa Maryann Smith

Ms. Teresa Maryann Smith, 60, of Gainesville, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2025 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2025 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Drewery Loggins will officiate. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Born on April 9, 1964 in Bethlehem, PA, she was the daughter of Bernard McGinley and Dorcas Barrett. She was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother.

Ms. Smith was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael McGinley, Patrick McGinley, Jan Bryant and grandson, Jacoby Towler.

Ms. Smith is survived by her daughter, Kasey Smith; son, Logan Gonzales; brother, Edward McGinley; partner, Terry Lord; grandson, Kyree Towler, granddaughter, Kylan Towler, grandson, Jachai Towler all of Gainesville; uncles, Lowell Barrett of Hamilton, OH, Jack McGinley of Allentown, Pa; aunts, Brenda Barrett, Jeanene Barrett of Fairfield, OH; sister in law, Kelly McGinley of Gillsville and a host of cousins and friends.
