Fleter Malcom, age 48, of Buford GA, transitioned to the greater life on Sunday, February 2, 2025. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur and Sadie Malcom; uncle and aunt, Broughton Emiline Brooks; uncle, Arthur Malcom, Jr.

Mr. Malcom is survived by his daughter, Keyosha Sade Lott of Buford, GA and her mother, Leatrice Lott of Buford GA; mother and step-father, Patricia and Greg Patterson of Buford, GA; father, Thomas G. Waters of Norcross, GA; fiancé, Lisa Wansley of Buford, GA; siblings, Minyon (Jeffrey) Harrison of Buford, GA, Melvin Malcom of Buford, GA, Rolland Waters of Charlotte, NC, Surecka Waters of Concord, NC; nieces and nephews, Victoria Malcom, Melvin (Emerald) Malcom, Dominque Frazier, Willie Harrison, Constance Harrison, Gabrielle Freedman, Malik Holcomb, Ryder Malcom, Domingo Williams, Mario Williams; aunts, Jeanette (John) Cooper, Joy Stringer, Carolyn Buffington.

Fleter was born on March 2, 1976, in Duluth, GA to Patricia Ann Malcom and Thomas Gene Waters. He attended Buford High School and later went on to work for Falcon Inn, Makita, also in the flooring and paint industry, and Restaurant Depot. He enjoyed grilling, listening to music, fishing, playing cards, and basketball.

A funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA with Pastor John Haynes officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
