Jack Charles Love

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Jack Charles Love, age 88 of Pendergrass, Georgia who entered rest Friday, January 17, 2025. Mr. Love was born in Pendergrass, Georgia a son of the late Ernest and Roberta Underwood Love.. Mr. Love was a member of Pond Fork Baptist Church, formerly cut Pulpwood, and retired from Overnight Trucking Company after twenty years of service. In addition to his parents, Mr. Love is preceded by his wife, Shirley Watson Love, daughter, Joy Love, grandson, Cain Anglin, siblings; Lamar Love, Sue Pethel, Evalene Major, Judy Watson and Stanley Love.

Survivors include two daughters, Jackie Martin (Ernest) of Jefferson, Jill Love of Pendergrass, son, Jimmy Love of Pendergrass. Grandchildren; Heath Martin (Misty) of Pendergrass, Charlie Love of Hoschton, Stephanie Cape of Jefferson, Jessie Lance of California and Celeste Anglin of Pendergrass. Great grandchildren; Maverick, Maddie, Gage, Jathen, and Briggs. Sister, Jenny Hoopaugh (Junior) of Pendergrass. Brothers; Jim Love of Pendergrass, Jerry Love (Debbie) of Talmo and Mike Love (Debbie) of Pendergrass.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Sunday, January 19, 2025 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral with Reverend Randell Hulsey officiating with burial to follow in the Pendergrass Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 18, 2025, 5:00 – 7:00 P.M..
