William "Billy" Frank Stephens

William “Billy” Frank Stephens, 68, of Gainesville passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a brief battle with cancer.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Scott Wilson will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Born on October 16, 1956 in Gainesville, he was the son of Mattie (Rebecca) Floyd Stephens and the late Roy Eugene Stephens.

Mr. Stephens is survived by his mother, Mattie Rebecca Stephens of Gainesville; brother and sister in law, Ricky and Angie Stephens of Gainesville; sister and brother in law, Susan and John Thomason of Oxford; nephew and wife, Kyle and Samantha Stephens of Gainesville; niece, Jessi Stephens of Sandy Springs; nephew, Mason Thomason of Oxford and a number of great nieces, great nephews and other loving relatives.
