Barbara Jean Farley

Barbara Jean Farley, age 74, of Buford, GA, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Lois Moon Maynard; brother, Ralph Edward “Skip” Maynard. Ms. Farley is survived by her daughters, Troyandra Cody of Decatur, GA, and Dwan (Larry) Wells of Buford, GA; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 bonus grandchildren; special friend, Katie Brinson; nephew, Mark Maynard-Cabrera.

Ms. Farley was born August 20, 1950 in Buford, GA. She was a 1968 graduate of Grenard-Watson High School in the Buford City School System. Ms. Farley retired from Foote-Davis Company after 25 years of service.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2025, in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor John Haynes officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
