Mrs. Basham was born on Sunday, January 29, 1939 to Mr. Harry Greenup and Mrs. Clara Greenup in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She is survived by sister, Donna Carnohan; son, Terry Leugers, (wife Sally); daughter, Lynn Tishey, (husband David); granddaughters, Alissa, Jessica, Brianna & Alayna.

Along with her parents, Mrs. Basham is preceded in death by her husband, H. Kenneth Basham; sister, Gayle Carlucci; & her son, Jeffery Leugers.
