Danny Franklin Woodall

Mr. Danny Franklin Woodall, age 75 of Jefferson, passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at his home, surrounded by his family.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 30, 2024 at Memorial Park South Chapel with Rev. David Wenger & Rev. Gary Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Danny was born August 25, 1949 to the late Ted Lamar & Ola Florence Tankersley Woodall in Gainesville, Georgia. After serving in the United States Navy, he went on to work and retire with Bellsouth. He was a dedicated member of Hopewell Baptist church in Gainesville, Georgia and was known for his kindness, generosity, love, and compassion. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather and he will be missed daily.

He is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Michele & Dustin Grindle; son, Matt Woodall & girlfriend, Michelle Carter; grandchildren, Alexis Lee & boyfriend, Austin Welch, Aaliyah Lee, Brooklyn Woodall, Brody Woodall, Bryli Woodall, Brittani Woodall, and Bella Carter; great-grandchildren, Zyla, Zayden, Keelan, & Colton.
