James Anthony "Tony" Clure

Mr. James Anthony ¨Tony¨ Clure, age 67 of Gainesville, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, surrounded by family at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Braselton. He was a loving husband, father, and pawpaw. James was not only a great man of character, he valued honesty, treated everyone with respect, and found joy in the simple things in life. His warm smile, wise advice, and selfless spirit left a lasting mark on those fortunate enough to know him.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Memorial Park South Chapel, with Steve Ford officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. prior to the service at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Clure was born June 10, 1957, to the late James Harold & Winnie Weatherford Clure in Gainesville, Georgia.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Clure; daughters, Elaina Clure & Judy Clure; son, Mark (Jalicia) Clure; and his grandchildren Ashleigh Rose, Andrew Rose, Dustin White, Shaelyn Clure, Jadyn White, and Aniyah Gilstrap.
