Linda Marie Gibson Trim

Linda Marie Gibson Trim, age 70, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Josephine Gibson; brother, Joseph C. Gibson; sister-in-law, Cheri Oliver; niece, Lisa Buckhave. Mrs. Trim is survived by her husband of fifty years, Ross Trim of Flowery Branch; children, Ross (Rachel) Trim, Jr. of Flowery Branch, Susan (Thomas) Seigler of Flowery Branch, Laura (Matthew) Lynn of Flowery Branch; three grandchildren, Layla Trim, Lincoln Trim, Savannah Seigler; sisters, Rosemary (Edward) Buckhave, George Ann Ragle, Joann Miller; brothers, Tony (Evelyn) Gibson, John (Carole) Gibson; sisters-in-law, Susan Gibson, Alice (Ken) Johnson; brother-in-law, Johnny Oliver; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Trim was born in Detroit, Michigan on February 20, 1954. She was a 1973 graduate from Readford Union High School and also graduated from Gwinnett Technical with an Associate Degree. Mrs. Trim was a retired auditor for Alcoa Co with 20 years of service. She enjoyed cooking, was a court appointed child advocate, and worked with special needs children. Mrs. Trim was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Flowery Branch.

A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024, in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA with Dr. Bill Coates officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
