Marvin F. Voyna

Marvin F. Voyna, age 78, of Conyers, GA passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024. He is survived by his wife of thirty-nine years, Patricia Ramsey Voyna; children, Michelle Voyna of Des Moines, IA, Marcia and Joe Henry of Hawkinsville, GA, Monica Lundstrom of Des Moines, David and Alisha Fiene of Edmond, OK, Elaine Allee of Monroe, GA; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, Alvin (Karen) Voyna of Cresco, IA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Voyna was born on July 7, 1944 in Cresco, IA, and he was an eleven-year veteran of the U. S. Army. He was a 1964 graduate of Crestwood High School in Cresco, and retired after more than sixty years as a diesel mechanic. Mr. Voyna was of the Methodist faith and he enjoyed fishing and traveling in their motor homes. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Hollis officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 24 from 2:00 p.m. until time for the service at 4:00 p.m.
