Patsy Harkins

Patsy Harkins, age 68, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

Ms. Harkins was born on April 29, 1956, in Demorest, Georgia, to the late Dennis and Peggy Sue Edge Harkins. 

Survivors include her daughter and daughter-in-law, Stella and Kim McGinnis; grandsons and spouses, Richard and Jessica Hayes and Patrick and Tim Hayes.
