Mrs. LouNell Davis

LouNell Davis, 93, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away Thursday, October 31, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-five years, Harold L. Davis; son, Jeffrey Davis; parents, Willie and Ozie Thompson; sisters Eva Mae Burgess and Gertrude Langford. Mrs. Davis is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Jill Davis of Sugar Hill; grandson, Jack Edwards; sisters-in-law, Verlon Davis Herrington and Genevieve Davis Breedlove; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mrs. Davis was born on March 9, 1931 in Gainesville, GA, and graduated from Sugar Hill High School. She was retired from ISI Company in Lawrenceville, GA, and she also was a homemaker. Mrs. Davis was a member of West Buford Baptist Church. She loved going to antique galleries and she was an avid Elvis fan!

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, November 2, 2024, in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Sherry Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 9:30 until the service hour.
