Jack Edward "Eddie" Cook, Jr.

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mr. Jack Edward “Eddie” Cook Jr., age 58, of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Mr. Cook was born in Atlanta, Georgia the son of Nina Gail Holland Hale of Jefferson, GA and the late Jack Edward Cook Sr.

Mr. Cook worked as a driver for Atlanta Vending Company and worked with Tru Green Lawn Service. He had a bachelor’s degree from Faith Bible Institute and was a member of Foundation Church. Eddie was very strong in his faith and loved the lord with all his heart.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by daughter, Caroline Cook of Jefferson, GA. Three sons, Brendan Cook of Jefferson, GA, Devin Cook (Katalin) of Martin, GA and Kellan Cook of Jefferson, GA. Granddaughter, Hazel Grace Cook of Martin, GA. Sister, Jackie Locklar (Tim) of Lawrenceville, GA. Two step-sons, Christian Keel (Shania) of Homer, GA and Austin Drew ( Mallory) of Homer, GA. Seven grandchildren also survive.

Celebration of Life services will be held 4:00 P.M. Sunday November 10, 2024 at Foundation Church with Reverend Storey Tate and Reverend Corey Sargeant officiating. The family will receive friends from 3 P.M. until 4 P.M. prior to the service at Foundation Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Foundation Church 5154 Pond Fork Church Road Pendergrass, Georgia 30567.
