Daphne Darlene Mitchell

Mrs. Daphne Darlene Mitchell, 53, of Oakwood passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024 at her residence following an extended illness.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Born on October 3, 1971 in Macon, GA, she was the daughter of Sally Jean McCown Brown and the late Sherwood David Brown, Jr. She was a loving homemaker.

Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her husband, Matthew John Mitchell of Oakwood; daughter, Amanda Jordan Mitchell of Oakwood; sons, Micheal Terrance Mitchell of Dahlonega, Thomas Julius Mitchell of Oakwood; grandchildren, Liam, Brooklynn, Walker, Riley, Dakota, Brynn; sisters, Samantha Harvey of Canton, Robin Christian of Warner Robins and a number of other loving relatives.
