Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Shannon Mathis Bell, age 54 of Winder, Georgia who entered rest Friday, October 25, 2024. Mrs. Bell was born in Conyers, Georgia a daughter of the late Jimmy Manders and the late Linda May Mathis Manders. Mrs. Bell loved people, family, travel and God and gave freely her time and her Servant’s Heart. Mrs. Bell was a Pharmacy Technician and Medical Assistant and was active in the Jefferson Church.

Survivors include her husband of thirty-five years, Stephen Randolph Bell of Winder. Daughter, Elizabeth Bell of Winder. Two sons, Mark Bell of Gainesville and Jacob Bell of Winder. Sister, Mandy Elaine Mathis Pace (David Pace) of Conyers. Brother, Jamie Manders of Conyers. Grandson, Daniel Luebbers of Lilburn and several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2:30 P.M. Monday, October 28, 2024 from the Jefferson Church with Pastor Nick Dalton and Mark Mobley officiating. The family will receive friends 12:00 – 2:00 P.M. at the Jefferson Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mrs. Shannon Mathis Bell to the Jefferson Church, P.O. Box 674, Jefferson, Georgia 30549.
