Sarah Jane Brook

Mrs. Sarah Jane Brook, age 57 of Gainesville, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2024 at Emory University Hospital following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, October 14, 2024 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 14, 2024 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brook was born July 19, 1967 in Eastbourne, England to Brian Selvey and the late Mary Joan Gausden Selvey. She was a homemaker and a member of The Church of England.

Mrs. Brook is survived by her husband, Chris Brook of Gainesville, her father & step-mother, Brian & Lynda Selvey of England, her children, Joanne Brook (Cody Nelson) of Lula, Carl Brook of Berlin, Germany, Richard Brook (Samantha Bradford) and Billy Brook (Amy Pegram) all of England, her sisters, Claire Selvey and Kristina Selvey, both of England and her grandchildren, Sean, Caleb, Jackson, Melanie, Mason, Scarlet, Harper and Riley. Many nieces and nephews of England also survived.
