Charles “Bull” Gee

Charles “Bull” Gee, 71, of Dawsonville passed away Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a period of declining health.

Born January 19, 1953, Bull was a lifelong resident of Dawson County.  He was a graduate of Dawson County High School and spent his career working as a computer programmer at Unisys in Atlanta for many years until his retirement.  He was a very devoted son who took great care of his parents who preceded him in death, Eugene “Fig” and Margaret Ann Gee.  Bull was also preceded in death by his sister, Charlotte “Lolly” Abercrombie.

Surviving are his brother, Bobby Sheffield of Dawsonville; nieces and nephews, Michael Shane Allen, Amy and Scott Worley, Kacey Sheffield, all of Dawsonville; other relatives.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Jack Pilcher will officiate.  Interment will follow in Dawsonville Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 5 from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 noon until the service hour.
